1. Offer overview and eligibility
- The 2027 Lock-In offer is available for purchase until 11:59 pm on October 31, 2026.
Open to current, returning, and new members at the Fitset Ninja Edmonton and Calgary locations. - Pricing is per child, based on 2026 regular monthly rates: 1x/week $139, 2x/week $219, 3x/week $279.
- All memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payment plans are not available.
- Lock-In memberships apply to regular recreational ninja classes only. Not applicable to Competitive Team programs.
2. Tiers
- Annual Lock-In: January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, paid in full. Includes November and December 2026 at no charge.
- 6-Month Lock-In: January 1, 2027 to June 30, 2027, paid in full. Includes December 2026 at no charge.
- Current members who purchase will not be billed their regular monthly rate for any free months included in their tier
3. Legacy add-on (Edmonton only)
- Available only at the Edmonton location, with the purchase of an Annual or 6-Month Lock-In, for an additional $750.
- Limited to 40 Legacy members.
- Includes inclusion of one name (the member’s name, Ninja name, or family name) in the mural by AJA Louden at the Edmonton facility, and one exclusive Legacy merchandise item.
- Fitset Ninja and the artist may decline any name that is offensive, trademarked, or otherwise inappropriate. The member will be asked to submit an alternative.
- Name size, style, and placement are at the artist’s discretion.
- Mural completion and merchandise delivery dates are estimates. Delays do not affect the membership.
- The Legacy add-on is non-refundable.
- Mural completion and final merch design are estimates. Subject to change without notice.
4. Pause policy
- Annual Lock-In memberships may be paused for July and/or August 2027 only.
- A pause fee of $35 per paused month applies.
- Paused months will be added to the end of the membership term.
- Pause requests must be submitted through the membership management portal before the month being paused.
- 6-Month Lock-In memberships are not eligible for a pause.
- Members may miss classes outside of a summer pause, but no extensions, credits, or refunds will be given for those months.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and credits
- All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If a member cancels before the end of the prepaid term, the unused portion of the membership will be converted to an Account Credit.
- Account Credits may be used for future classes, camps, open gym passes, or any Fitset Ninja registration. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless approved by management.
- In the case of a documented injury or medical condition that prevents participation, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a pause, an extension, or a transfer of the membership to a sibling.
6. Auto-renewal
- At the end of the prepaid term, including any paused months added to it, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the regular monthly rate in effect at that time.
- Renewal payments will be charged to the payment method on file.
- Members will receive a reminder at least 30 days before renewal and may cancel under the standard membership cancellation policy.
7. General
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, including but not limited to the ‘Sibling Discount’ offer.
- Fitset Ninja may modify class schedules while keeping the purchased weekly frequency.
- Memberships are non-transferable, except to a sibling with management approval.
- Class times can be changed, if required, subject to availability.
