Viking HIIT w/ Anytime Fitness

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This class will be lead by our friends at Anytime Fitness and will leave you with Viking Strength after completion. The class is open to all levels and movements are scalable to all fitness levels.
