We think Fitset Ninja offers the best parties in Edmonton! We provide an incredibly fun, memorable and safe environment for kids 5 and up to enjoy climbing, swinging, jumping and hanging on some awesome obstacles in a high-energy atmosphere. WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE PARTIES OFFERED?
We offer birthday parties Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday’s 12pm-9pm, Sunday’s 12pm-6pm and during the daytime during statuatory holidays or school holidays.
WHAT FOOTWEAR IS REQUIRED?
All birthday party participants need to be wearing clean running or athletic shoes.
HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE FOR MY PARTY?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time of your party.
WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BRING TO THE PARTY? WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake if hosting a birthday, cupcakes or cookies and/or ice cream, candles, presents etc! If you wish, you may also bring themed decorations. If you are serving food, please bring the food as well as plates, utensils, and napkins.
IS IT OKAY TO BRING ICE CREAM?
Yes we have a freezer on site to store it! We also have a refrigerator to keep things cool if you need.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS?
Yes! If you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins, you are more than welcome to do so!
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN DRINKS?
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Birthday Parties & Team Events: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for each party or event. You are able to reschedule the party but if you have to cancel the party you will forfeit the full deposit. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
DO WE GET A PARTY HOST WITH THE PARTY TABLE?
No, unless you requested a hosted party, we can provide a party host for $75.
WHAT ABOUT GRANDPARENTS, OTHER PARENTS, OTHER SIBLINGS WHO ARE NOT PARTICIPATING?
We do not charge for parents, grandparents, siblings or other children who are not particpiating and in the party area only.
WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN EXTRA PARTICIPANT IN THE BIRTHDAY OR TEAM PACKAGE?
Extra participant refers to any person enjoying the obstacles on the course. Anyone attending the party may watch from the viewing area without charge but may not access the course floor and obstacles. If any guests in the group want to be part of the Additional Participant pricing, they will be included on your final party bill. If you do not want extra guests on your bill, and they want to access the obstacles, they will need to purchase a full priced pass at the front desk.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Yes, you must be 5 years old to be on the Arena Floor. If your child is turning 5 please contact us for details.

We have parties from 5 to Adult!
DO YOU HAVE INVITATIONS?
WHERE CAN I GET THE WAIVERS?
We strongly recommend that parents sign a waiver in advance, on our website, for any child attending the birthday party, so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every guest wishing to participate in activities on our obstacle course is required to sign a waiver. Waivers need to be signed only once, on the website or at the facility.

WHAT ARE THE WAIVERS?
The waivers outline the risks associated with climbing on and engaging with obstacles and are required for each participant before they are allowed to participate in any of our facility activities.
CAN YOU PENCIL ME IN AND HOLD THAT PARTY SPOT SO I CAN RUN THE INFO OVER WITH MY HUSBAND/WIFE, AND GIVE YOU A CALL BACK TO GIVE YOU THE DEPOSIT?
We are required to have a $100 deposit down to hold a time spot, and cannot hold a time without that deposit. However as soon as you are ready to book, you can book your party online any time by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link!
WHAT IS THE PARTY FORMAT? WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF THE PARTY?
Our staff will check in the kids, and then the party host will lead kids to the course to play on the obstacles for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The kids will then be able to come back to their table or room for cake, pizza / food , and presents anytime within the last 60 minutes of your party experience. Parties are for a total of 2 hours minutes in length.
DOES THE PARTY HOST GUIDE THE KIDS THROUGH THE ARENA?
If you opt for a Party Host, your host will take the kiddos around the facility, show them the obstacles, run mini-games, and even lead some mini competitions. When it is time for kids to come back to the table or room to eat pizza and/or cake, we will call the group over and let them know. If you opt to not have a host then the kids will be free to run around and enjoy the facility like they would at an Open Gym.
WHAT IS A GOOD TIME TO CALL IN ADVANCE FOR A PARTY?
To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 3-4 weeks before the party. The easiest way to book a party is to book online through our website.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS I CAN HAVE AT OUR PARTY?
Our party areas are designed to host up to 20 total guests per party (including non-participating guests). If you have a larger party and expect needing additional seating please let us know in advance.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT?
The deposit amount is $100. The deposit is applied to the final bill at checkout at the end of your party. This is a non-refundable deposit.
