Coaches are always on the floor to provide safety tips and basic instruction on any obstacle.

Your Own Pace
No drills, no pressure. Spend 90 minutes on the Warped Wall or run the entire rig. It's up to you.

Athletes under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult is not required to pay admission if they are not participating.

We welcome families, young beginners, and OCR veterans. Gym lanes are partitioned dynamically so every age group plays and challenges themselves in a secure space

Our safety marshals are always active on the floor. More than just spotters, they are certified professionals ready to show you safe falling techniques and obstacle guidelines.

What’s Open Gym?
Open Gym is your chance to come train, check out our facility and have fun under the supervision of coaches.
What equipment do I need to have?
A good pair of sneakers, gym clothing, and a water bottle is all the gear you need to practice ninja. We do offer Fitset Ninja apparel that you may purchase if you so choose.
