Competition Format — Skills (Challenges)
Wave Format
All athletes in a wave will be on the floor at the same time.
The host gym determines how many athletes are allowed per wave.
Skills Attempts
Athletes will attempt skills spread throughout the entire gym.
Point System
Athletes earn points for each completed skill.
A gym official must witness each completion for points to count.
The athlete with the most points when time runs out wins.
Tie-Breaker
In the event of a tie, athletes will compete in a best-of-three format.
The judge will select three skills.
The athlete who completes each skill the fastest wins that round.

Rules:
Challenge Points
Challenges are typically worth 1 to 5 points.
The host gym may assign total point values for each challenge.
Reattempts
Challenges can only be attempted until they are completed. No repeats for extra points.
Time Limit
If time expires while an athlete is mid-attempt, they may complete that attempt and keep any earned points.
