What Are Parents & Tots Classes?

Our Parents & Tots Classes are designed specifically for our youngest adventurers and their beloved caregivers! Our program offers guided movement through play and activity, focusing on fundamental movements crucial for children's development, including running, balance, coordination, and more. Parents are invited to join in on the fun and physical activity, fostering a bond with their little ones while encouraging active participation. Catered to toddlers aged 2.5 to 4 years old, our classes combine structured guidance with elements of free play, allowing for exploration and movement exploration. While the class emphasizes fundamental movement skills, it also introduces basic ninja skills in a safe and supportive environment.

What can you expect?

In Fitset’s Parents & Tots classes, you can expect a dynamic and interactive experience tailored specifically for toddlers aged 2.5 to 4 years and their parents or caregivers. Each session is guided by our experienced coaches who facilitate engaging activities and provide gentle guidance throughout the class. You and your little one will have the opportunity to explore a variety of soft play equipment, participate in age-appropriate games and exercises, and engage in social interaction with other tots and caregivers. Our classes are designed to promote the development of motor skills, coordination, and socialization in a fun and supportive environment. Please note that this class is parent-supervised, but we encourage parents to actively participate and enjoy the experience alongside their child!

Who is Parents & Tots for?

  • Tots must be ages 2.5 to 4 and one parent or caregiver.

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


How Does Parents & Tots Work?

Parents & Tots classes operate on an auto-renewing month-to-month basis with your enrolment in 1 or 2 classes per week. Spots in each class are limited.

1 class per week, $89+GST Monthly
2 classes per week, $145+GST Monthly

Family Discounts

We also offer a 10% overall discount on your monthly fees for registering 2 or more athletes (in any Fitset program).

Billing

Once registered, you’ll be billed automatically on the 1st of every month*, no need to re-register each month. If you register and begin classes mid-way through a month, your first bill will be a pro-rated amount up to the next billing date (1st of the following month). After your first 2 weeks of classes, we have a cancellation policy. Please note that no classes will run on statutory holidays.

Parents' & Tots Class Registration

After submitting your registration, it may take up to 48 hours for your registration to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is successful. Due to the limited availability of this class, registration will be processed on a first-come basis.

    FAQ

    • We offer our classes as a month-to-month commitment. Your registration includes a 2-week money-back guarantee from the date of your first class. If you decide Fitset Ninja is not right for you within those first 2 weeks, you will receive a refund for all remaining classes that you’ve paid for.

      After the initial 2-week period, you can use the Membership Management Portal to initiate a cancellation prior to the last 7 days of the current month. Your classes will continue until the end of the month. No refunds or credit will be issued for any classes you choose not to attend during the remainder of the month.

      Any membership requests received during the final 7 days of the month will incur a $25 administration fee.

    • Yes you can, but any changes to your membership must be made prior to the last 7 days of the current month. These changes will take effect starting on the 1st of the following month. Change requests must be sent via the Membership Management Portal or email to hello@fitsetninja.com.

      Please note that our classes have capacity limits and we therefore cannot guarantee your spot in a new class. The more notice given, the more chance you will have a spot.

      Any membership requests received during the final 7 days of the month will incur a $25 administration fee.

    • No. Since our classes have a limited capacity and are almost always completely full, like most kids sports we unfortunately are not able to offer make-up classes for absences or missed classes. This includes absence due to sickness, planned vacations, etc. If Fitset Ninja needs to cancel a class for whatever reason, we will offer a makeup class or provide a credit or refund for the cancelled class.

    • Yes, you are able to pause your membership for a period of one calendar month during the year, or two calendar months during the summer months of July and August. We are unable to pause a membership for the current month once the 1st of the month has passed. However, you can pause your membership for the 1st of the following month if notice is given before the last 7 days of the month. Pause requests must be sent via our Membership Management Portal.

      Please note, our classes have capacity limits and most have a waitlist of eager new athletes, thus we can not guarantee your spot if you will be away for more than 1 month. A request to pause for a period greater than 1 month (other than summer months of July and August) will be processed instead as a cancellation of your membership, and will require you to re-register for your classes once you return.

    • Yes! We encourage you to fill out the waiver ahead of time.

    • Classes will not run on statutory holidays. However, as some months in the year contain 5 weeks and we do not alter the monthly fee for these months, the number of classes available for you to attend will even out, even if some of your classes happen to land on a statutory holiday.

    • While our parents and tots are in the activity area, no shoes are permitted (barefoot only!).

      Outside of the activity area, apair of indoor shoes for moving within the gym, gym clothing, and a water bottle is all the gear you need. We do offer Fitset Ninja apparel that you may purchase if you so choose.

    • No. It is important that the tots are always accompanied by a guardian. It is no problem if the guardian is rotated between multiple people (parents, grandparents, etc) between weeks

    • All tots must be accompanied by their guardian. As long as the guardian is able and capable of accompanying multiple tots, it is permitted.
