Membership Management Portal
If you have an athlete currently registered in our weekly classes, please use our Membership Management Portal to pause, drop or cancel your membership.
Membership Changes & Absence Submissions
Pause: Temporarily pause your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year (we’ll hold your spot in class). A fee of $35+GST per month per athlete will be applied during the pause period.
Drop: If your athlete is registered for multiple classes with us, but you would like to stop attending only some of them, please request a drop.
Cancel: If you would like to fully discontinue attending classes at Fitset, please submit a cancellation. A $50+GST registration fee will apply when you re-register. Your membership will remain active until the end of the month you choose for cancellation (not the month prior).
Add or switch: If you would like to add or switch classes (to take effect the following month), please contact our Customer Support team. These changes cannot be made via our portal.
Class Absences: Report a missed class to ensure your athlete’s attendance records remain accurate.

To modify your monthly Fitset Ninja membership, begin by entering the email address that you initially registered with. Please allow for up to 5 business days for changes to take effect.
