Membership Management Portal

If you have an athlete currently registered in our weekly classes, please use our Membership Management Portal to pause, drop or cancel your membership.

Types of Membership Changes

Pause: Put a temporary hold on your classes. You will not be charged fees while your classes are paused. Non-competitive team athletes are able to pause for both summer months (July & August) and one other calendar month of the year.

Drop: If your athlete is registered for multiple classes with us, but you would like to stop attending only some of them, please request a drop.

Cancel: If you would like to fully discontinue attending classes at Fitset, please submit a cancellation.

Add or switch: If you would like to add or switch classes, please contact our Customer Support team. These changes cannot be made via our portal.

Manage Your Class Membership

To modify your monthly Fitset Ninja membership, begin by entering the email address that you initially registered with. Please allow for up to 5 business days for changes to take effect.

Search
Pause Membership
Pause for 1 month (or 2 in the summer).

We'll keep your spot in your class(es).
Drop a Class
Drop one of your classes.
Cancel Membership
Cancel your membership if you need to suspend classes for more than 1 month (or more than 2 in the summer).
