We Clear Obstacles
New to our movement training? Here’s what you need to know!
NINJA is short for ninja obstacle course racing. It is about conquering challenging obstacles through strength, flexibility and determination.
TRICKING is a unique combo of Ninja, breakdancing, martial arts, and gymnastics. Fitset Tricking takes place on our professionally built foam block floor. Looking to learn flips and kicks? Tricking is for you.
PARKOUR is about moving through spaces with speed, agility and creativity. Our 5000 sq ft Badlands Parkour area includes an assortment of walls, roofs, windows and stairs to maneuver through, around and between.
Come out to test your skills and your endurance in our 20,000 square ft obstacle course facility.
At Fitset Ninja, we go beyond teaching sport skills. Our training is a mindset and an approach to life that enables us to overcome obstacles and challenges that show up in, and out of, the gym. It’s a community of people who look out for one another, supporting and celebrating each other throughout the highs and the lows.
We focus on the journey - one day at a time, one step at a time, one obstacle at a time - confident that we will achieve whatever we set our minds to. And we think that you can too.
Our programs are inclusive, designed for athletes of all ages, skill levels, fitness levels and abilities. At Fitset, you are welcome. And we are happy to have you as part of the community.
Weekly Classes
Our Ninja Classes, Tricking Classes and Parkour Classes are made for athletes of all ages and fitness levels. You can expect exceptional coaches, athlete development and a program rooted in Growth Mindset.
Camps
We offer flexible camp options for all school breaks. Check out our Winter Ninja Camps and Winter Tricking Camps. Our camps are the perfect combination of fun, friends and Ninja. Our expert coaches incorporate obstacle training, parkour floor routines, camp games and team-building. An unforgettable experience for all campers, regardless of fitness level.
Birthday Parties
Looking for the ultimate birthday party idea? Our professional ninja warriors will host an unforgettable experience for your small to large groups. Play and discover ninja in a professionally supervised environment.
School Programming
Bring our unique Mobile Obstacle Course experience to your school or visit us at our facility for a School Field Trip. We have worked with over 200,000 Albertan students, and deliver an inclusive, safe and fun event.
