Indoors at our 20,000 sq. ft. facility

No charge for spectator guests (bleacher seating available to watch the action on the course!)

FAQ
I am looking at a lot of event options for my group. Why should I choose Fitset Ninja?
Fitset Ninja offers an incredibly unique event experience. We provide a fun, memorable and safe environment for participants to enjoy climbing, swinging, jumping and hanging on some awesome obstacles in a high-energy atmosphere. Our Ninja Crew has hosted hundreds of parties and events and are committed to making it an amazing day.
When are group and team events offered?
Our team event packages are available on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 1pm. Please check out our calendar in the Booking Form for the most up-to-date availability. If your group requires weekday or evening availability, please contact Customer Support.
What should my teammates pack for the day?
- Clean indoor running shoes.
- Gym attire (shorts or athletic pants/joggers and a t-shirt).
- A water bottle
Can I sign the waivers in advance?
We recommend all attendees sign waivers ahead of time to save on administration time upon arrival. We strongly recommend that parents and guradians sign a waiver in advance for any child attending the event so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Please fill out the waivers ahead of time.
How early should I arrive for my party?
Please plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your event.
What am I allowed to bring to the party
To bring food and drinks for your event, please add a party room to your booking. We are unable to allow food or drinks (other than water) on our course.
What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?
You are able to book a maximum of 25 event course participants via our website. If you require additional participants please contact our Customer Support team.
What is the skill level required for parties?
Our team events are suitable for all skill levels for ninja newbies to seasoned athletes. Guests of all ages, fitness levels and abilities will be included and able to have a great time!
Will my event be the only one in the facility?
There will be other guests or parties happening in the facility during our standard team event time slots. If you prefer to rent the entire facility for a completely private event please contact us to arrange an after-hours party for an additional cost.
How many coaches will there be?
Event coach numbers vary depending on the number of course participants. Groups of 10 or less participants will have at least one designated coach.
Are your group and team events safe?
We take serious efforts to keep our facility and programs safe for participants, guests and staff. Some of our safety protocols include: Our coaches are first aid certified, and we ensure that our first aid supplies are up to date and available on a weekly basis.
We have designated employees that conduct weekly equipment safety checks. During team events, there is a designated Lead that ensures that obstacles are operating as they should and programs are running smoothly.
Safety rules and demonstrations are communicated and our coaching team is trained on spotting, safety matting and equipment set up.
We also take psychological safety seriously. We take pride in our Code of Conduct, and ensure that our programs are a space free of bullying, harassment or other harmful behaviours.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’d like to reschedule your party, we can help you do that anytime up to 24 hours before your party time at no additional cost. If you’d like to reschedule within the 24 hour period before your party, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.
If you need to cancel your party, you can do so anytime up to 72 hours before your party for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 72 hour period before your party, there will be a $100 cancellation fee and you will receive a partial refund minus the fee.
How early should I book my party?
The simple answer is as soon as possible. Our party times usually book up 3-4 weeks in advance. To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 3-4 weeks before your desired date.
Can you hold that party spot for me while I can discuss options with other parents first?
Due to our limited available party spots and the fact that they book up rather quickly, we are unable to reserve a spot unless you complete the booking. If you book and then need to reschedule to a later date, we can certainly help you with that!
What qualifies as an extra participant in the party packages?
Extra participant refers to any person utilizing our obstacles on the course. Anyone attending the event but not using our course may watch from the viewing area without charge but may not use the obstacles and equipment. If any guests in the group would like to participate once they arrive but were not initially included in the booking, please let your event coach know and we can add the extra participant to the final cost ($25+GST per additional participant).
