I am looking at a lot of party options for my child. Why should I choose Fitset Ninja?
Fitset Ninja offers an incredibly unique party experience. We provide a fun, memorable and safe environment for kids to enjoy climbing, swinging, jumping and hanging on some awesome obstacles in a high-energy atmosphere. Our Ninja Crew has hosted hundreds of parties and are committed to making it a special day for your child.
For parents & guardians, we provide stress-free service and exceptional party support, allowing you to enjoy the party and the lasting memories.
When are parties offered?
Our party packages are available on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 1pm. Please check out our calendar in the Booking Form for the most up-to-date availability.
If you are interested in a party outside of those times, or would like to book the entire facility, please contact our Customer Support at hello@fitsetninja.com.
What is the party format?
The party schedule typically begins with your party coach checking your group in, then leading the party participants around the facility, showing them the obstacles, running mini-games, and ensuring they are appropriately challenged. This typically will last an hour. Parties then head to their party room for food, cake and presents. However, if you would prefer a different party structure we are happy to accommodate!
What do party participants need to bring for the event?
All party attendees will need to bring clean indoor running shoes. If using the course, they will also need comfy gym attire and a water bottle.
Can I sign the waivers in advance?
We strongly recommend that parents & guardians sign a waiver in advance for any child attending the birthday party so that it will be in our system when they arrive. Please fill out the waivers ahead of time.
How early should I arrive for my party?
Please plan to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your party.
What am I allowed to bring to the party?
Feel free to bring the food and drinks that work best for your group! We have a refrigerator & freezer on site to keep things cold. Feel free to bring some party decorations but please no sparkles or glitter!
What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?
Our standard (Ninja) party rooms have a maximum capacity of 25. Our VIP party room has a maximum capacity of 40. If you require space for more than 40 people please contact Customer Support.
You are able to add up to 25 course participants via our website. If you plan to have more than 25 people using the course at your party, please contact Customer Support.
Can I add more time to my party?
Yes! You can add additional Open Gym time before or after your party. Add 30 minutes of play time for $5+GST per person, or 90 minutes of play time for $10 + GST per participant. However, the party room will have to be vacated at the regular time for the next party booked. Please contact us.
What is the skill level required for birthday parties?
Our birthday parties are suitable for all skill levels! Whether your child and their friends are ninja newbies or seasoned athletes, our parties are designed to accommodate all ability and fitness levels in a fun and engaging way.
Is there an age requirement for parties?
All participants must be 5 years of age to use our course. We do offer a play area for kids under 5 that is parent-supervised.
Will my party be the only one in the facility?
There will be other guests or parties happening in the facility during our regular party time slots. If you prefer to rent the entire facility for a completely private party please contact us to arrange an after-hours party for an additional cost.
How many coaches will there be?
Ninja party packages come with a minimum of 1 dedicated party coach. For parties over 15 course participants, additional coaches will be assigned.
Are your parties safe?
We take serious efforts to keep our facility and programs safe for participants, guests and staff. Some of our safety protocols include: Our coaches are first aid certified, and we ensure that our first aid supplies are up to date and available on a weekly basis.
We have designated employees that conduct weekly equipment safety checks. During classes, there is a designated Lead that ensures that obstacles are operating as they should and programs are running smoothly.
Safety rules and demonstrations are communicated and our coaching team is trained on spotting, safety matting and equipment set up.
We also take psychological safety seriously. We take pride in our Code of Conduct, and ensure that our camps are a space free of bullying, harassment or other harmful behaviours.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’d like to reschedule your party, we can help you do that anytime up to 24 hours before your party time at no additional cost. If you’d like to reschedule within the 24 hour period before your party, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.
If you need to cancel your party, you can do so anytime up to 72 hours before your party for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 72 hour period before your party, there will be a $100 cancellation fee and you will receive a partial refund minus the fee.
How early should I book my party?
The simple answer is as soon as possible. Our party times usually book up 3-4 weeks in advance. To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 3-4 weeks before your desired date.
Can you hold that party spot for me while I can discuss options with other parents first?
Due to our limited available party spots and the fact that they book up rather quickly, we are unable to reserve a spot unless you complete the booking process. If you book and then need to reschedule to a later date, we can certainly help you with that!
What qualifies as an extra participant in the party packages?
Extra participant refers to any person utilizing our obstacles on the course. Anyone attending the party but not using our course (grandparents, other parents, etc.) may watch from the viewing area without charge but may not use the obstacles and equipment. If any guests in the group would like to participate once they arrive but were not initially included in the booking, please let your party coach know and we can add the extra participant to the final cost ($25+GST per additional participant).
