Format: Practice + Prelims → Top 16 → Double Elimination Finals
All levels. All ages. All in.
Age Groups: 7-9, 10–12, 13–15, 16–30, 30–45, 46+, Adaptive (Para)
Finals are double-elimination bracket-style until a champion is crowned.
Elite Division: Open to ages 12+
Each athlete runs 2 prelim races. Top 16 in each group advance to Day 2 Finals.
Elite Men and Women’s divisions only.

Divisions are split by gender and age. We’ve made small adjustments to age groupings to ensure fair competition and that every athlete has at least one other runner to compete against.
Athletes aged 12 and up qualify for the Elite Division.
Athlete packages with run orders will go out on July 17, and accreditations can be picked up at the gym on 07/16.

Yes, each division gets 45 minutes to beta and warm up on the course. We’re working on getting athletes early access to the grounds each day. If not approved, warm-ups will begin after 11:00 AM when the grounds officially open.
Each athlete gets 2 preliminary runs, and we’ll take the best time.
The top 16 athletes in each division will advance to finals.
For divisions with fewer athletes, there may be a short break before the second run.
Yes, minors may have one parent or guardian accompany them on the grounds.

We have positions including Check-in, Obstacle Supervisor, and Crowd Control. All volunteers receive free food and drinks, plus the gratitude of every Ninja all weekend!
A good pair of sneakers, gym clothing, and a water bottle is all the gear you need to practice ninja. We do offer Fitset Ninja apparel that you may purchase if you so choose.

Absolutely! We encourage friends and family to come cheer. Please note: athlete registration includes a K-Days pass, but spectators must pay their own admission.
Minors will have one guardian pass available.
