We hope you love your limited-edition Fitset Ninja Holiday Pin, and it unlocks something even better: one free month of weekly classes at Fitset Ninja.

You can use your exclusive free month for Ninja, or Parents & Tots classes at either of our locations (Edmonton or Calgary).

Ninja is obstacle-based training inspired by shows like American Ninja Warrior combining climbing, swinging, balancing, and building strength through play. Parents & Tots classes combine guided movement through play and activity, for toddlers aged 2.5 to 4 years and their parents or caregivers.

When you sign up for classes, your first month is completely free (reg $139), and we’ll also waive the standard registration fee (reg $50). After that, your membership will continue at our regular monthly rate — but if you decide ninja isn’t your thing, you can cancel anytime before your second month begins. How to Claim Your Free Month

  1. Complete the form below to tell us your location (Edmonton or Calgary) and class choice (Ninja, or Parents & Tots).

  2. We’ll collect a few quick details like your name, email, and the name of the friend who shared their Holiday Pin with you.

  3. You’ll receive an email with your promo code and a link to the class registration page.

  4. From here, pick your preferred class time from the available options and enter your promo code at checkout.

  5. Our Customer Service team will confirm everything and make sure you’re all set for your first class.

  • Only if you love it and decide to stay! When you redeem your offer, you’ll set up a membership that auto-renews monthly — but you can cancel any time before your second month starts if you decide not to continue.

  • The free month offer can be redeemed for one new athlete.

    We offer 10% off monthly fees for families with 2 or more athletes registered in our classes. You’ll need to register each athlete separately and the Family Discount will be automatically applied on the billing date.

Fitset Ninja Holiday Pin Referral Campaign – Terms & Conditions

By redeeming a Holiday Pin Referral Code (“Promo Code”) and registering for a free month of classes at Fitset Ninja, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

  • The offer is valid for new participants who have never been registered for Fitset Ninja classes before.
  • Individuals must be aged 5 years or older to participate in Fitset Ninja classes.
  • Fitset Ninja reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to activating the free month.

Offer Details

  • The Promo Code provides one free month of weekly (one class per week) Ninja or Tricking classes at either Fitset Ninja location (Edmonton or Calgary).
  • The Promo Code expires 12 months after issue.
  • The Holiday Pin Referral Campaign ends on 31/12/2026. Any referrals must be claimed before the expiration date in order to receive a Promo Code.
  • The standard registration fee is waived for the first month only.
  • The free month applies only to weekly Ninja or Tricking classes and cannot be used for camps, birthday parties, private lessons, workshops, or any other services.

Membership & Billing

  • Redemption of the Promo Code requires setting up an active recurring monthly membership.
  • At the end of the free month, the membership will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate for the selected class type unless cancelled.
  • Cancellations must be received by Customer Service prior to the last 7 days of the current month. Your classes will continue until the end of the month. No refunds or credit will be issued for any classes you choose not to attend during the remainder of the month.
  • Any membership requests received during the final 7 days of the month will incur a $25+GST administration fee.
  • Participants may cancel at any time before the start of their second month to avoid being charged.

Non-Transferability & Limits

  • Each Promo Code is valid for one individual only and may be redeemed once.
  • Promo Codes have no cash value and may not be sold, resold, transferred, or exchanged.

Right to Modify or End Promotion

  • Fitset Ninja may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will not affect Promo Codes that have already been redeemed.

Acceptance of Terms

By redeeming a Promo Code, registering for classes, or participating in the free month, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
