Who Can Compete?
All levels. All ages. All in.
Age Groups: 10–12, 13–15, 16–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
Finals are single-elimination bracket-style until a champion is crowned.
Elite Division: Ages 16+
Each athlete runs 2 prelim races. Top 16 in each group advance to Day 2 Finals.
