The second course will be the official UNAA sanctioned competition course where the top 3 athletes from each division will qualify for the 2022 UNAA World Finals in Las Vegas July 21st-23rd!
Your age category is determined by your age as of January 1st, 2022. An athlete may compete in any higher category if they choose.
Rules
Each course will have between 10-15 obstacles to test your upper body, lower body, and balance. Each obstacle will be worth 1 point for full completion, however, for more difficult obstacles, each obstacle can be worth 2 points and will have a halfway point, which will be clearly marked. Your score for each course is determined by points gained, and time of full run. Points are the highest priority when determining final score with time being the second priority. Most points, with fastest time wins!
There will be a maximum of 3 fails per course. After 3 fails, the your run will be over. You may finish the course but will not receive a score for the remaining obstacles. Your time will end with last obstacle completed. If your time runs out before completing the final obstacle, your final time is reverted to the time at the last obstacle you completed.

Ninja Workshops with Ryan & Megan
Ryan Stratis
Ryan Stratis is one of only four Ninjas to compete on the first 11 seasons of the popular TV show, American Ninja Warrior™. He first discovered Ninja when it was still airing as the original Ninja Warrior (Sasuke) from Japan and immediately fell in love with the sport. He was determined to be a part of it and when Ninja Warrior came to the USA, he had his chance.
Since 2009, Ryan has made it to the finals in Las Vegas finals 7 times in a row and has competed internationally in Japan and Malaysia. Ryan served 12 years in the military and afterwards decided to transition into civilian life and pursue stunt work in Atlanta, GA. While there he helped build the ninja community by working with local gyms to provide top notch experiences and spread the love of Ninja Warrior.
Megan Budway
Megan Budway (The Music Ninja) made her first appearance on American Ninja Warrior™ in Season 13 as a top 3 female finisher in qualifiers and moved on to the semi-finals. She was only one person away from making it to Las Vegas Finals in her rookie season!
Megan is set to appear again on ANW Season 14 and is looking to hit some buzzers and make it all the way to Vegas this year. Outside of the show, Megan competes in national and local circuits, including Ninja Sport Network, Ninja Carolina League, and she won World Champion for NNL Season 6 in the Adult Female division.
Parkour Workshops with Wid
Wid Eriksen
Wid Eriksen was one of the first two Mexican Parkour athletes to compete in the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior™ Season 8 “USA vs. The World”.
He was also the Image of Latin America for the original Team Latin America in the show, and the first Latin American & Mexican to run stage 1.
Wid is a professional Parkour Freerun athlete with more than 15 years of experience, he’s been training since mid 2004. He has been to multiple countries around the world performing and doing Parkour workshops. Also, he placed top 10 in the World Freerun Parkour Federation Competition in Las Vegas in 2017 and was part of the Best Tricks video for the same event among the best Parkour athletes around the world.
We are also excited to announce that Stephen Ling will also be guest coaching in all 3 Parkour workshops on Sunday! Stephen has over 10 years experience as professional parkour/free running athlete and has a wealth of knowledge to share with the up and coming parkour community!
