Fitset Ninja Mobile Obstacle Course Booking Terms & Conditions

By submitting a schedule for Fitset Ninja’s mobile obstacle course, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Participant Limits: I understand that each time slot will be capped at 40 participants, and that the total number of participants for the day will not exceed 300. I agree to ensure that my schedule does not exceed these limits.
   

2. Schedule Submission: I agree to submit the event schedule to Fitset Ninja at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. The schedule must be submitted using the appropriate template provided by Fitset Ninja:

   • MOC for Events Form: Please upload your booking form using the template from this link: MOC for Events Template

   • MOC for Schools Form: Please upload your booking schedule using the template from this link: MOC for Schools Template
     

3. Cancellation & Changes: Any changes to the schedule after submission may be subject to availability and are at the discretion of Fitset Ninja. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a fee as outlined in the full Terms and Conditions.
   

4. Liability: Fitset Ninja is not responsible for any scheduling errors or exceeding participant limits if the schedule is not submitted in accordance with the outlined deadlines and templates.
