  • NINJA is short for ninja obstacle course racing. It is about conquering challenging obstacles through strength, flexibility and determination.

  • TRICKING is a unique combo of Ninja, breakdancing, martial arts, and gymnastics. Fitset Tricking takes place on our professionally built foam block floor. Looking to learn flips and kicks? Tricking is for you.

  • PARKOUR is about moving through spaces with speed, agility and creativity. Our 5000 sq ft Badlands Parkour area includes an assortment of walls, roofs, windows and stairs to maneuver through, around and between.

  • Our classes occur on a weekly basis and are your athlete's chance ot build their skills in a supportive group environment. Our classes are suitable for all skill and fitness levels. We offer TrickingNinjaParkour and Parents & Tots classes.

  • We offer birthday parties and group/team events. We have facilitated amazing events for kids and adults. You will have a designated party coach to ensure that your participants are having fun, safe and included. We also offer a Mobile Obstacle Course for Events.

  • We offer camps during all school breaks. This is the chance for your kids to have some fun, friends and ninja while school is out! Our camps are a balance of Ninja and traditional camp fun. Winter Break Ninja Camps Winter Break Tricking Camps PD Day Camps

  • We offer school field trips (you come to us) and Mobile Obstacle Courses (we come to you). Our Mobile Obstacle Course is a full day event. Our school field trips are typically 90 minutes long, but we can adjust our programming for shorter or longer visits. We are an approved vendor for most Edmonton-area school boards!

  • Open Gym is your chance to come train, check out our facility and have fun under the supervision of coaches. We offer Open Gym for all of our sport types.

  • To use our facility, all athletes must be at least 5 years of age. For our Tricking and Parkour programs, athletes must be at least 7 years of age. For kids under 5, we have a parent-supervised play area. We also offer a Parents & Tots program for kids ages 2.5-4 years.

  • We take serious efforts to keep our facility and programs safe for participants, guests and staff. Some of our safety protocols include: Our coaches are first aid certified, and we ensure that our first aid supplies are up to date and available on a weekly basis.

    We have designated employees that conduct weekly equipment safety checks. During programming, there is a designated Lead that ensures that obstacles are operating as they should and programs are running smoothly.

    Safety rules and demonstrations are communicated and our coaching team is trained on spotting, safety matting and equipment set up.

    We also take psychological safety seriously. We take pride in our Code of Conduct, and ensure that our programs are a space free of bullying, harassment or other harmful behaviours.
